As from 2010 Most areas within the M25 will come under the new Low Emission Zone.

This will affect diesel powered Land Rovers (series and defenders) registered between 1973 and 2001.
( It appears that discoveries will be exempt as they are a car and not a van! although when the facts are found i will post them here.)

I will try to compile a definitive list of off road vehicles (makes and models) which will be affected. please email : korc@btinternet.com if you know of any not or incorrectly listed.
